Coalition stall in Tunbridge Wells precinct to promote the People’s Emergency Briefing

On Saturday 10th October the Climate and Nature coalition held a street stall in Calverley Precinct to ask people to come to a screening of the People’s Emergency Briefing. We had loads of great conversations with members of the public, many of whom were keen to come along to one of the upcoming screenings.

A great couple of hours was capped off by a representation from the Nature part of our coalition. A female sparrowhawk boldly attacked a pigeon right next to the stall, before flying off to hideout inside the FatFace clothes shop! Thankfully one of our volunteers picked up the startled pigeon, which eventually flew off to safety, and the beautiful (and slightly dusty) sparrowhawk eventually found its way out of the shop.
